We determine the levels of damage by either visual inspection of the stucco or siding or we hire a Certified Stucco Inspector to determine the moisture levels behind the walls.

2. CONDUCT TAKE OFF OF THE COMMUNITY

  1. We document actual square footages that need to be replaced.

  2. We measure the doors and windows.

  3. We provide the recommended phases or a construction sequence for the community.

3. REVIEW FINDINGS WITH THE COMMUNITY HOA BOARD

4. ANALYZE AND ESTABLISH THE SCOPE OF WORK WITH THE HOA BOARD

  1. Discuss the extent of remediation needed.

  2. Establish the construction sequence.

  3. Provide pros & cons of each cladding product (siding, stone, brick, etc.) for the HOA to make the best educated decision for a long term investment.
